You’ve probably heard of 32Red as an online casino but did you know that they have also taken the plunge into the world of online sports betting with 32Red Sport? 32Red are one of the premier online casinos around with a huge array of games, live dealers and slots thrilling customers all over the world since they were founded in 2002. The company have used all their expertise in the setting up of their sportsbook and it has to be said that they have done a stellar job.
32Red Sport have quickly picked up a reputation for offering betting opportunities on a wide variety of sports and high rolling punters are delighted by the way they do not limit stakes like some of their more established competitors. 32Red Sport is powered by third party software and, like some of their competitors, they manage to use this as a strength, using their partnerships in the industry to deliver the highest quality products to their customers.
Odds & Markets
The odds on offer at 32Red Sports have seen a huge improvement over the last couple of years. It finally seems like the company are starting to take their sports betting section much more seriously these days and in some of the bets that we compared, we found 32Red to be within just a couple of points every single time. It’s not exactly a scientific test, but it should at least give you some idea of how the bookmaker is performing in the industry.
The market coverage on offer throughout the site is excellent and we were pleasantly surprised to see how in depth they are. We mentioned a couple of times in this section about checking on how many markets each bookmaker has for an upcoming Premier League, using bet365’s 125 as the benchmark. Well, 32Red Sport have absolutely smashed this out of the park with 242 pre match markets for the same game, which is almost double one of, if not the biggest bookmaker in the industry.
Features
The 32Red Sport does suffer a bit in terms of design from the perspective that it is rather simplistic. Of course, that could be viewed as a positive, especially when visiting the site on your mobile device. The site is poor, in all honesty, and the white text on a deep red background looks bold and the layout works well. There are menus at the top and sides which make navigation between products easy and the most popular sporting competitions and bets are arranged on the homepage. A snapshot view of the site does make it look a little like and advert for the other 32Red products but they are by no means the only online bookie to make the most of cross-selling opportunities.
You don’t have to worry about being at home to get a bet on with 32Red Sport. They have a well-designed mobile site which allows you to quickly place a bet anywhere you can get a signal on your mobile devices. The fast and responsive site works well but if you have any issues the customer service 32Red Sport offer is fittingly impressive for such a massive company.
In Play Betting
The in play betting section at 32Red feels a little light on it’s feet in our opinion. What you get is a decent range of sports and markets but comes nowhere near to what some of the bigger players in the industry are covering. The games that are covered actually hold up quite well and for a fairly high profile football match that was taking place at the time of writing, we saw that there were around 50 or so markets to bet on. Obviously time of the match and current score do hold a bearing on this, but it should give you a rough guide if nothing else.
You will be able to get a small match centre for each of the matches that do turn live, which is nice, but you wont be able to see any real time information on the state of the game, other than of the score and handful of statistics.
Cash Out
Like some of their bigger competitors, 32Red Sport offers a ‘cash-in’ feature (some others call it ‘cash-out’) which allows their customers to get out of their bets whenever they like, either locking in a profit or cutting losses. This extra control of your betting is very welcome especially as 32Red Sport offer thousands of markets on as many sports as any of their industry rivals (fancy a bet on Cylco-Cross anyone?). You’ll find the value offered by the trading team usually very fair across their offering even if they don’t often stand out as having an industry best priced.
Starting with little to no experience in the casino industry, 32Red have managed to not only carve out a name for themselves, but then go on to become one of the biggest and best online casinos in the industry.
The company have been about since 2002 and in that time have won countless awards, none more so impressive than the Casinomeister ‘Casino of the Decade’. The site have been recognised by so many of their peers, which is one of the highest accolades you can come across. The company were also the first independent online casino to float on the London Stock Exchange, an achievement in itself.
Software And Platforms
The casino software is one of the best looking; at least we think it is! When you enter the casino you will be able to hit the games instantly with their browser based casino. There is no download version on offer, but there is a dedicated mobile casino app that can be downloaded from the App Store or simply accessed by visiting the casino in your smartphones browser.
32Red is unique in that they only use one software provider, but they just so happens to be the best in the business, Microgaming. The casino includes some nice feature such as the search game option, allowing you to quickly flick between your favourite games and also a well categorised games section, meaning you can browse certain genres of games without having to trawl through the full range. If you scroll to the bottom of the page you can also see a list of the big winners from the last few days, along with the games that they were playing allowing you to see which games are hot right now.
Casino Games
The casino holds over 550 games across the board, which is one of the biggest in the industry, highlighting just how strong Microgaming is as an asset. Because of this it means they can tap into the massive portfolio that Microgaming have and in return, often add and remove games as they see fit, usually based on popularity, culling older, less used versions.
SLOTS
There are over 320 slots to choose from across the site with a great range of themes and niches all on offer. There are plenty of titles that you are likely going to be familiar with such as Thunderstruck II, Agent Jane Blonde and Gold Factory, along with a ton that you’re likely going to be less familiar with, which are equally impressive and engaging.
BLACKJACK
The blackjack section includes a massive 26 titles to choose, which we think might just be the biggest in the industry. The games come thick and fast with loads of variations of the classic games. Some standout games for us included High Limit European Advanced, Vegas Strip, Premier Blackjack, Atlantic City Blackjack and Multi-Hand Vegas downtown Gold series, to name just a few.
ROULETTE
The roulette variants aren’t quite as strong, with just 9 games in total, but to be fair, it’s likely more than you will ever need. Highlights included Premier Roulette Diamond Edition, European Roulette, High Limit European Roulette and American Roulette.
VIDEO POKER
A great range of video poker games are on show to cap off this casino with 20 titles in total. We enjoyed playing 3 Card Poker, Bonus Deuces Wild and Power Poker, to name but a few.
Jackpots
The jackpot games are all based through the Microgaming network, which comes as little surprise given that they are their only software provider. The site comes with 15 games in total, with some of the biggest names in the industry such as Mega Moolah, Major Millions and Treasure Nile, all of which carrying 7 figure jackpots at the time of writing.
The site has given out some massive jackpot winners over the years, mainly coming form the Major Millions game where their biggest recorded was by a player called Annie C who took home £1,094,112.81 for her efforts.
