10Bet are a company who modestly claim they “exploded” into the world of online betting in 2003 and whilst they focussed on the Asian market for a long time, in recent years they have pushed the UK a lot more. They are, in fact, one of the few big bookies to be licensed and regulated in the UK even before it was a legal requirement (which it now is).
10Bet have grown steadily since their launch and now have customers in around 100 countries who love their no-nonsense approach, brilliant football coverage and high betting limits.
Odds & Markets
10Bet might not be the first bookmaker that you think of when getting into the sports betting industry, but they are a brand that has been making some positive strides over the last couple of years. One area in particular that they have improved has been the pricing structure from the sportsbook. It’s fair to say that 10bet have been let down by the odds that they have on offer for too long, but things do seem to have picked up these days. From the bets that we tested, we found them to be of a more than acceptable standard, without ever really troubling any of the bigger bookmakers.
The number of sports and markets on offer are also right up there for the best. They rely heavily on football, which isn’t uncommon, but the depth of markets is impressive, with over 130 for some of the higher profile football matches. Outside of this, their horse racing, tennis and American sports all seem to be really well covered and if you are looking at betting on any of these sports, 10Bet will definitely be worth a look.
Features
10Bet may now be looking more towards Europe but what they offer remains geared towards the Asian market. What that means is a wide range of Asian handicaps that operate on tight margins, especially on big football games. This makes 10Bet a fine choice for those who like to bet on the major European leagues, although they also have solid odds on many American sports, notably baseball and basketball. They cover a good range of markets with a superb choice of sports and in general (aside from the abovementioned) their odds are solid rather than spectacular. One issue UK customers may find is that there is no horse or dog racing available.
All in all 10Bet are well worth a try, primarily for that generous welcome bonus, and with great customer support and a quick and easy to use site, as well as a superb mobile site and a fine live betting console, we give them a strong recommendation.
IN PLAY BETTING
The live betting section at 10Bet is one of the best in business. You are taken to a separate section of the site, which keeps everything neatly packed away and once you are in, you get to choose from a huge range of sports. Football is your biggest, as per with most major bookmakers, but at the time of writing you could bet on handball, golf, Ice Hockey, snooker, table tennis and even volleyball, highlighting the range of games and markets that they have on offer. To accompany all that, they include a easy to navigate list showing you all upcoming games that will be featured in the in play section as well.
CASH OUT
Cash out is now available form 10bet giving you the ability to lock in your profits before that bet has been settled. What was great to see is that they have also included partial cash out, allowing to simply cash out a certain amount of your stake, it you wish.
STATS
10Bet are using the E-Net Scores section to power the statistics on site, and we must say that they are plentiful. They aren’t the most in-depth of all the statistics sections that we have tested but they include a decent number of sports to get information from. What was pretty cool is that you could flick between different bet types in here and choose a bet based on these stats on offer.
